General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Rental of Vacation Apartments

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between JP Grundstücksgeesellschaft UG/Jacqueline Preuss (hereinafter "Landlord") and guests (hereinafter "Tenants") regarding the rental of a vacation apartment.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

• Bookings can be made via the website, by email, or by phone.

• The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Landlord.

• Payment of 100% of the total amount is due immediately upon booking.

• Accepted payment methods: [Bank transfer, credit card]

4. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM

• Check-out: until 9:00 AM

• Late departure may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is governed by our [Cancellation Policy].

6. Use of the Vacation Apartment

• The vacation apartment may only be used by the number of people specified in the booking contract.

• Pets are allowed in the accommodation in Binsdorf, but not in any other accommodations.

• Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.

• The tenant is obliged to treat the apartment with care and to report any damage immediately.

7. Liability

• The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him or his fellow travelers.

• The landlord assumes no liability for the tenant's personal belongings.

8. House Rules

• The house rules are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and will be sent to the tenant with the booking confirmation or made available in the vacation apartment.

• Disturbances of the peace and consideration of neighbors must be observed.

9. Withdrawal by the landlord

The landlord may withdraw from the contract if:

• Force majeure or unforeseeable events make fulfillment of the contract impossible.

• The tenant violates the Terms and Conditions or house rules.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

11. Final Provisions

• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

• The place of jurisdiction is Balingen, to the extent permitted by law.

• Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
