General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Rental of Vacation Apartments
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between JP Grundstücksgeesellschaft UG/Jacqueline Preuss (hereinafter "Landlord") and guests (hereinafter "Tenants") regarding the rental of a vacation apartment.
2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
Bookings can be made via the website, by email, or by phone.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Landlord.
Payment of 100% of the total amount is due immediately upon booking.

4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: until 9:00 AM
Late departure may result in additional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is governed by our [Cancellation Policy].
6. Use of the Vacation Apartment
The vacation apartment may only be used by the number of people specified in the booking contract.
Pets are allowed in the accommodation in Binsdorf, but not in any other accommodations.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
The tenant is obliged to treat the apartment with care and to report any damage immediately.
7. Liability
The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him or his fellow travelers.
The landlord assumes no liability for the tenant's personal belongings.
8. House Rules
The house rules are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and will be sent to the tenant with the booking confirmation or made available in the vacation apartment.
Disturbances of the peace and consideration of neighbors must be observed.
9. Withdrawal by the landlord
The landlord may withdraw from the contract if:
Force majeure or unforeseeable events make fulfillment of the contract impossible.
The tenant violates the Terms and Conditions or house rules.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Balingen, to the extent permitted by law.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
