Cancellation Policy


We understand that travel plans can change. Therefore, we offer flexible cancellation policies. Please note the following:


1. Cancellation by the Guest


1.1 Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.


    • 1.2 Cancellations within 14 days of arrival

  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 80% of the total price.


    • 1.3 Cancellations on the Day of Arrival or No-Show

  • Cancellations on the Day of Arrival or No-Show will be charged the full amount of the reservation.


    • 2. Rebookings

  • Rebookings are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your travel date.


    • 3. Cancellation by the Landlord


    In rare cases, it may be necessary for us to cancel a booking (e.g., due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure). In this case, we will refund the full booking amount. Further claims are excluded.


    4. Refunds


    Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmed cancellation.


    5. Travel Cancellation Insurance Recommendation


    We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover potential cancellation costs.
